At TwoFeetMarketing, we often have a to-do list in our diary, the last one was made about 4 weeks ago! Today, check out your last to do list, then for each item, decide is it still necessary? Can it be delegated? Is an item dependent on another task being completed first? Take all the relevant items on your list and pop them in your diary at suitable times, or allocate elsewhere. Some could be slotted in on your admin session, others may need a full-time slot allocated. But by doing this, hopefully you’ll get things moving and keep up!
